Sometime after leaving Charley, the Doctor decides to go on a trip to Metebelis XVII. He lands not on Metebelis XVII, but on the Human Factor Dalek colony planet where he is taken into the city. Meanwhile, the Dalek Emperor and his new Daleks plan to exterminate the impure race of Daleks.
